The marinade of bread

Marinade of ginger

First of all, mix all liquid, namely – half a glass (amounts are for 1 kg of meat) olive oil with the lime juice. Then add the powder (or grated) ginger, chopped garlic and black pepper. Put a tablespoon of liquid honey, and stir well. Pour the mixture into the meat, stir and leave in a cool place overnight. Before frying the meat with salt.
